As part of the World Pharmacy Council, AFP will actively contribute to the global conversation to create a more unified and resilient global pharmacy community that contributes to meaningful improvements in patient care and health system efficiency.

The World Pharmacy Council (WPC) is delighted to welcome the Association of Finnish Pharmacies (AFP) to our membership, further enhancing our ability to represent the voice of community pharmacists globally.
The WPC is an multinational community committed to fostering cooperation and innovation among community pharmacy associations worldwide. AFP’s decision to join the Council will add significant value to our collective mission to promote international recognition of community pharmacy’s role and value, securing its position as a fundamental pillar of person-centred, sustainable and resilient health systems.
The AFP is responsible for representing their members’ interests, with the goal of safeguarding the conditions for sustainable and high-quality pharmacy operations. They offer effective, tailored services and strengthen their members’ ability to respond to changes in the pharmacy sector.

The Pharmacy Guild of New Zealand is the peak representative body for pharmacy owners in New Zealand.
